Frequently asked questions

Find answers to common questions about our custom printing services, product care, and ordering process. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact us.

How do I submit my custom design?

You can easily upload your design through our custom order form on the "Custom Orders" page, or you can email it to us at mjlaser@bevcomm.net

What type of files do you accept for custom designs?
We accept various file formats including JPEG, PNG, SVG, and PDF. High-resolution images are preferred for best results.

Can I see a proof of my design before printing?
Yes, we always provide a digital proof for your approval before proceeding with production to ensure everything is perfect.

What is the typical turnaround time for custom orders?

Our standard turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks from design approval. Rush orders may be available upon request.

What materials do you use for your t-shirts and mugs?

We use high-quality Heavy Cotton for our t-shirts and durable subliminal ceramic for our mugs, ensuring long-lasting prints and comfort.

How should I care for my printed items?
For best results, we recommend washing t-shirts inside out in cold water and air drying. Mugs are dishwasher safe, but hand-washing helps preserve the print's vibrancy.

Can I return a custom-printed item?
Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part. Please review your proof carefully.
